Bladez Scooters introduces top manager and team leader

Frank Finn is the President and Co-Founder of the Bladez, Inc. As the Founder and Chairman of The Lighthouse Marketing Group, Frank has been building brands and new categories for international companies for all of his life. Since the mid 1970ís and under Mr. Finnís direction, LMG has successfully built brands for such billion dollar companies as Canon USA, The LG Group, The Conair Corporation, The Holmes Group, Pacific Telesis, Plantronics and many others. Frankís leadership in product and distribution strategies has helped companies build stronger brand name recognition within the North American markets. Over time, this responsibility has afforded him the opportunity to help factories develop and pioneer new product categories and participate in creating new retailing store trends. His experience with bringing key retail decision makers directly to factories all over the world has secured key account responsibilities with nationally recognized Wholesale Clubís, Mass Merchants and Office Superstores. To date, many Mass Merchants, National Accounts, Specialty, Catalogís and Key Regional distributors throughout the country have current relationships with his companies. Mr. Finn has led sales efforts that have exceeded half billion in annual sales for many years. Excuses for poor performance in sales or profitability are not in his vocabulary.

Some of the highlights of Mr. Finnís distinguished marketing and sales career and leadership background include National Offices controlled by his Sales and Marketing Companies, Mergers and Joint Ventures. More specifically, he has organized joint ventures between company giants like LG Electronics and Pacific Telesis (pioneered the First Bell Branded communication device in the USA sold to North Americanretail), as well as other Multi-Billion Dollar National and International Organizations that have been part of his successful track record. Three specific companies used Frank Finnís services to set up National Distribution that successfully went through IPOís in the 80ís & 90ís. The Bladez Brand is an opportunity for Mr. Finn and his organization to build a successful Brand name and own a bigger share of the Companyís Long Term Brand Equity.

Prior to establishing The Lighthouse Marketing Group, Mr. Finn had National sales management and Vice President level Marketing & Sales responsibilities for Companies in the East Coast, Mid Atlantic and West Coast regions. Those companies include Sharp Electronics, Ricoh, Singer, and Olivetti. Mr. Finn was born and educated in New York City where he holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Finance from NYU and an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Pace University. The formal education was earned at night in 5 years. That focus and commitment still burns today.
